ricorso Return / Exchange Policy
At ricorso, we are committed to providing a quality product and want to ensure that customers are completely happy with their purchase. Returned items must be in new and resalable condition with any original tags still attached and no visible indications of wear and tear, including being worn, dirty, odorous, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Items in category of "LAST CALL" are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund; LAST CALL items can be exchanged for sizing only, if sizing is available.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date of the order to be eligible to be returned or exchanged. In order to request a return or exchange, send an email with your order number and note reason for return request (e.g., exchange) to: firstname.lastname@example.org
After your return / exchange request is submitted, our customer service team will review your request.
When your return request is authorized, generally within 1‐2 business days, you will receive an email with a return authorization number, prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Your item must be postmarked and shipped to ricorso within 3 days of receiving the shipping label to be eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges, and incorrect item and warrantee returns are always free at ricorso. Other returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee, which includes a free return shipping label. The $7 restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the amount of the purchase price refunded to the customer.
All returns /exchanges must be processed through ricorso’s online return process. If you have any problems with the return process, please contact us at email@example.com.
Once the item is received at ricorso, please allow 2‐3 business days for the item to be inspected and a credit to processed back to your original form or payment. Returns can only be processed back to the original form of payment.
At our discretion, refunds will not be issued for items that are not in new/resalable condition when returned, nor will we assume the cost/responsibility for returning those items to the customer.
